Loyalty Programme Terms

Points are earned on the value of paid orders, excluding shipping and taxes. Points post as pending and are confirmed after the returns window closes.

Confirmed points can be redeemed for store credit at the published rate. Store credit has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Tier status is based on lifetime confirmed points. We may adjust tier thresholds and perks with reasonable notice. Points may be reversed if the associated order is refunded or cancelled.
