Terms of Service

Tsuba Syndicate sells made-to-order apparel and accessories fulfilled by our print partner. Prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable.

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send confirmation that your order has been accepted and payment has been captured.

We may decline or cancel an order where an item is unavailable, a pricing error has occurred, or payment cannot be authorised.

All prices are in pounds sterling. Payment is processed securely by Stripe; we do not store your card details.

Discount codes and loyalty redemptions are applied at checkout and are subject to their own terms.

Most products are produced on demand once you order. Because they are made to your specification, statutory cancellation rights for personalised goods may not apply — see our Returns Policy.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under law. Otherwise our liability is limited to the value of your order.
