Returns Policy

We want you to love your pieces. Here is how returns work for made-to-order goods.
Faulty or incorrect items
If an item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as ordered, contact us within 30 days and we will arrange a free replacement or full refund. Photos help us resolve it quickly.
Made-to-order and personalised goods
Because most items are produced on demand to your specification, they are exempt from the standard 14-day cooling-off period under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. This does not affect your rights if an item is faulty.

Please check the size guide on each product page before ordering. If you are unsure, contact us and we will help you choose.
