Account details (name, email), order and delivery information, and loyalty/referral activity. Payment is handled by Stripe; we receive confirmation and limited metadata, never full card numbers.

To process orders, provide fulfilment via our print partner, operate the loyalty and referral programmes, prevent fraud, and — where you opt in — send marketing.

We rely on performance of a contract (orders), legitimate interests (fraud prevention, service improvement), consent (marketing), and legal obligation (tax and accounting records).

We share data with processors who help us operate: Stripe (payments), our print and fulfilment partner, and email providers. We require appropriate safeguards for any transfers.

You can access, correct, or erase your data, object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time. Contact support@tsubasyndicate.com to exercise these rights. You may also complain to the ICO.

We keep order records for as long as required for tax and legal purposes, and account data until you ask us to delete it.
