Referral Programme Terms

Referrers earn loyalty points only when a referred person makes a genuine, paid, non-refunded purchase. Rewards are never paid for sign-ups alone.

The programme operates to a maximum of two levels: you earn on people you directly refer, and a smaller reward when those people refer others.

Participation is free. There is no requirement to buy in, recruit, or pay to take part. This is a customer referral programme, not a business opportunity or investment scheme.

We monitor for and may deny rewards involving self-referral, duplicate or fake accounts, shared payment methods or addresses, and other abuse. Flagged relationships are reviewed before rewards are confirmed.

Referral rewards post as pending and are confirmed after the referred order clears the returns window. Rewards are reversed if the qualifying order is refunded or found to be fraudulent.

We may modify or end the programme, or withhold rewards for abuse, at our discretion and with reasonable notice. Contact support@tsubasyndicate.com with any questions.
